Healthy Snack Recipe - Yogurt Crunch
Ingredients:
* 6 cups vanilla yogurt
* 4 firm granola bars, any flavor: peanut butter, cinnamon, oats-n-honey
Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts: walnuts, pecans or hazelnuts, toasted
1/2 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
Method
Pour yogurt into a bowl. Place granola bars in a zip lock storage bag and crush before adding to the yogurt. For variety, consider adding blueberries, or cranberries.
